He has a strong work ethics and ability to achieve a high level of results for stakeholders and investors. He has over 15 years of combined experience in property, valuation, mortgage lending, finance, and risk management.
He had overseen the writing of over 3000 loan facilities during his career, Information Memorandum – Maxiron Premium High Yield Fund 12 onboarding of over 500 investors and acquisition of over 40 real estate properties.
As CEO, he has a long-term vision of creating a well-respected investment organization that can stand the test of time and continuously provide a stable above market rate return to investors. To achieve this vision, Morgan has created a strict compliance and professional working culture within the organization. Our motto at work is “Professionalism is our responsibility.”
He is also a Certified Practicing Valuer and enjoys talking finance & property over a beer at the weekend barbeque with family and friends.
