He had overseen the writing of over 3000 loan facilities during his career, Information Memorandum – Maxiron Premium High Yield Fund 12 onboarding of over 500 investors and acquisition of over 40 real estate properties.
As CEO, he has a long-term vision of creating a well-respected investment organization that can stand the test of time and continuously provide a stable above market rate return to investors. He is also a Certified Practicing Valuer and enjoys talking finance & property over a beer at the weekend barbeque with family and friends.
With over two decades of experience in Investment Operations and Compliance, he specializes in streamlining operations for boutique investment firms. His expertise encompasses board reporting, serving as a member of the Compliance Committee, and overseeing all facets of investment operations. He excels in managing both internal and external service provider relationships, conducting Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) due diligence and rollovers, and fulfilling directorial duties for Listed Investment Companies (LIC). Additionally, he handles distributions, and due diligence inquiries such as Requests for Information (RFI) and is qualified under RG146. He is also a commissioned Justice of the Peace (JP).
