Maxiron Premium High Yield Fund

The investment objective of the Fund is to deliver risk-adjusted returns to investors through primarily providing Financing Facilities to the Maxiron Lenders (“Lenders”) which will then lend money to borrowers secured by first mortgages over properties in Australia.

The Fund focuses on indirect investment into loans secured by first mortgages that typically range in terms from six (6) months to (12) months. Stringent investment criteria are observed prior to the provision of any Financing Facility, followed by a focus on strict risk management processes and procedures throughout the term. This involves gaining a thorough understanding of the properties and projects of each borrower in order to mitigate the likelihood of default, aiming to ensure that the capital of the Fund is protected, and importantly to maximise the Fund’s return given any risks involved.

The Fund aims to deliver:

• Access to a diverse loan portfolio, managed by Maxiron Premium Group, aimed at generating risk-adjusted returns;

• Preservation of capital through investments in loans that are backed by registered mortgages on Australian real estate;

• A steady income stream, with the option to reinvest monthly distributions, enabling Unitholders to increase their invested amounts over time; and

• The advantage of scale, which contributes to diversified mortgage portfolio

Use of Funds

Funds received are lent to a Maxiron company as a secured credit facility, which in turn makes commercial loans. These loans are secured by a 1st mortgage over Australian real estate and are diversified across different borrower groups, states, or classes of real estate.

What notice do I need to give to withdraw my funds?

Notify us of your request to withdraw funds at maturity is required.

What is the minimum commitment?

The minimum commitment is $500,000 over an investment term of 6 months.

To grow your investment faster, you are free to make an additional investment at any time via the additional investment application.

Is my investment always accepted?

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our products, a monthly investment limit has been implemented Investments are currently accepted on a 1st in 1st serve basis, and once the limit is reached, the excess would be deferred to the next month for allotment.

To ensure you can earn a competitive return as soon as possible, please apply and transfer fund at your earliest convenience so not to miss out on this investment opportunity.

How to re-invest?

If you have withdrawn your investment but wish to invest with us again, please fill in the Reinvestment Application Form as you have done so previously and email us at investor@maxironpremium.com.au.
